Sheila Defilippi is the founder and President of Access Greatness, A spiritual coaching company dedicated to guiding and inspiring people to reach their full potential.

Sheila is a career consultant and life coach who has spent over 30 years exploring human potential and self awareness. She has a passion , enthusiasm and talent to help people and businesses move beyond their limiting beliefs to achieve greatness in their lives and in their work.

For the past 7 years, Ms. DeFilippi has coached people in career transition at Right Management in Boca Raton, Florida. Prior to that, her company, Authentic Communication Training consulted with individuals and businesses to reach their next level of achievement and success. She has worked with DayRunner in Los Angeles, California as the Training and Seminar Director teaching people organization and time management skills.
